Remote Customer Support Advisor

This position focuses on helping members understand their benefits, answering questions, and ensuring every interaction reflects care, professionalism, and integrity. The right candidate brings a people-first attitude and a passion for delivering quality service.
What You’ll Do
Communicate with members through inbound and outbound calls
Schedule and conduct virtual presentations for union members who request information about their benefits
Provide clear explanations of coverage options and assist with enrollment or updates
Complete necessary paperwork and maintain accurate records
Participate in leadership and personal development training
Collaborate with team leaders to enhance member experience and process efficiency
