Position Overview
We’re hiring entry-level representatives to serve as the first point of contact for members. You’ll explain benefit options, answer questions, and ensure families feel confident about their coverage. Key Responsibilities
Conduct virtual consultations with members (Zoom/phone) to review benefit programs
Collaborate with teammates to meet performance goals
Provide clear answers, resolve concerns, and build long-term client trust
Maintain accurate records and complete required documentation
Share feedback and ideas to improve processes and enhance client experiences
Qualifications
Eligible to work in the United States
High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education an asset)
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or teamwork-driven roles preferred but not required
Strong comfort with technology (Zoom, online tools, digital records)
Excellent communication skills — both verbal and written
