What You’ll Do
Connect with union members by phone, Zoom, or video appointments
Review requested benefits and explain available coverage options in a simple, professional way
Help families identify solutions that fit their individual needs
Provide follow-up support and ongoing service to build long-term trust
Participate in mentorship, coaching, and leadership development
Contribute to a positive, goal-focused team culture
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfort using basic technology and online tools
Good organization, time management, and personal accountability
Ability to manage your own schedule while staying consistent with goals
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and growth-focused mindset
Ability to pass a standard background check
