Your Role
In this position, you’ll play an important part in helping hard-working families understand their coverage options. Your responsibilities will include:
Coordinating scheduled appointments with members who’ve asked for benefit details
Leading virtual consultations by phone or Zoom to break down their available choices
Discussing their needs and helping them identify the most suitable plans
Building long-term relationships through ongoing communication and follow-up
Following a step-by-step training program designed to help new representatives succeed
Setting and reaching personal goals, with a clear path into leadership as you grow
This is a role built around education and service, not aggressive selling. Your job is to guide people, answer questions, and help them make informed decisions with confidence.
What We’re Looking For
You’ll be a great fit if you bring:
Strong verbal and written communication
Basic computer skills and comfort working online
A motivated, disciplined work ethic
Organized habits and strong time management
Professionalism, positivity, and willingness to learn
The ability to pass a background check
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, sales, or similar fields is helpful — but not required. We value attitude, reliability, and coachability above all else.
