What You’ll Do
Meet virtually (or occasionally in person) with members who have requested benefit information.
Clearly explain coverage options and walk families through their available programs.
Provide tailored solutions to meet each household’s unique needs.
Build trust and long-term relationships by delivering excellent service and follow-up.
Continue developing your skills through mentorship, leadership opportunities, and ongoing training.
What You Bring
Excellent communication and people skills — you enjoy connecting with others.
Comfort with basic technology, including video conferencing and online platforms.
A self-motivated and organized mindset, with the ability to manage your own schedule.
Accountability and the drive to meet (and exceed) your goals.
Eligibility to pass a standard background check.
