The Opportunity
You’ll play a central part in delivering an outstanding client experience. After families enroll, you’ll continue supporting them — answering questions, providing clarity, and ensuring they feel confident in their decisions. Your work helps make insurance simple, understandable, and empowering.
What You’ll Do
Build and strengthen long-term relationships with clients
Guide families through policy details, updates, and claims processes
Clearly explain benefits so clients fully understand their coverage
Work alongside leadership to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing support
Serve as the primary contact for service-related questions and needs
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help others
Comfortable using technology and working in a remote environment
Organized, proactive, and self-motivated
Customer service or insurance experience is helpful, but not required
Legally authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada
