This position focuses on supporting individuals and families who have already requested information about their benefit options. Our organization has spent decades working alongside unions and professional associations throughout North America, helping members better understand and maintain supplemental coverage.

There is no cold calling or unsolicited outreach involved. Every interaction is scheduled with members who have proactively asked to review their benefits, allowing conversations to stay focused, respectful, and informative.

This role is centered on education and guidance — not high-pressure selling.


What You’ll Do

As a representative, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating virtual appointments with members seeking benefit reviews

  • Hosting one-on-one conversations via Zoom or phone

  • Clearly explaining coverage options and program details

  • Assessing individual needs and outlining available solutions

  • Maintaining follow-ups to provide ongoing support

  • Applying a proven training framework to improve performance

  • Working toward personal benchmarks with opportunities for advancement
