What You’ll Do
Schedule and hold virtual or in-person consultations with union members
Explain available benefit programs clearly and simply
Help members select coverage that meets their needs
Maintain accurate records and follow up as needed
What You’ll Need
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer skills
Solid work ethic and self-motivation
Good time management and organization
Ability to pass a background check
